Goals

• Finish nursing school
• Stay present
• Listen more than I speak
• Practice yoga and meditation daily
• move to the mountains
• Live as simply and as naturally as I can
• Always be patient
• Be constantly aware
• Find natural ways to heal my body
• Volunteer more time
• Stay positive
• Learn as much as possible about everything
• Write in my gratitude journal every day
• Give back to the earth
• Ride my bike instead of driving
• Be thankful for each breath, each moment I am given

• Give all that I can, and then keep on giving
